PRODUCT & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free Freight / Delivery Charges
We provide free freight on North Island orders over $500, and South Island orders over $8,000. We also offer our Australian customers free freight in NSW and VIC for orders over A$500. For orders under these amounts, shipping charges are calculated using the cbm (measurement) of the total order. We will ship via courier or bulk freight depending on which is the cheaper option for our customer. Please note we do not increase the shipping costs to our customers.
Product Availability (Indent Orders)
In order to maintain our competitive pricing, many of our products have to meet a minimum order quantity (MOQ). This means if we do not receive enough orders for a particular product, we may not be able to supply that item.
If this occurs we will contact you to suggest alternative products that are available.
Dispatch and Delivery
For Products in Stock - Craftcorp will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being confirmed and receipt of payment. Please allow 3-5 days delivery of orders within New Zealand.
Sorry we are unable to allow collections from our warehouse. If the item is out-of stock we will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch or an alternative.
For Indent Orders – Your orders will be shipped in October or November. All indent orders when placed are considered final and cannot be changed.
Craftcorp will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the freight/courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. We do not pay compensation for late delivery.
Returns and Refund policy
Our quality is important to us. As most of our goods are hand-made be prepared to accept some minor imperfections and variations in the products. Returns because of quality issues will be accepted up to 5 days from receipt of goods. Please return items in its original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Please choose carefully as no refunds will be made for any other reason than quality.
We are happy to offer you a credit note valid for two months or an exchange but you will be responsible for returning and forwarding shipping charges. No refund on freight charges.

Because of the seasonal nature of our range, and in order to give our customers the best pricing, we do not currently have a full time showroom. If you have questions about a particular product please contact us and we will see if we can help.

We spend a lot of time building our range but also we understand there could be a product you want that we don’t currently have. Please contact us and we will try our very best to include it in our product selection.
